Do you have showrooms which I can visit?
No. Part of the reason we can offer Australia’s best value kitchens is due to our low cost online model. You can have product samples sent out to assist with the selection of colours.
Do you offer interest free finance or payment plans?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer finance at the moment.
Can you help me design my kitchen?
Yes, we can definitely help! We provide you with a printable kitchen design template so that you can plan and design your own kitchen. If you run into any problems or are seeking feedback with your design, we have a design department who are happy to help. Simply fax or email us your kitchen design and our experts will provide you with any feedback or suggestions.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
We offer a 7 year guarantee on the workmanship of our cabinetry, doors and bench tops. We also offer a limited lifetime replacement warranty on our Häfele kitchen hardware.
When I order a kitchen, will it arrive flat-packed or assembled?
All of the Strata Kitchens range is supplied flat-packed. All doors, panels, cabinets and bench tops are supplied individually wrapped, ensuring your kitchen will reach you in perfect condition.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery fees are based on your location and start at Free delivery for metro locations* (*Where orders are over $2000). For a full explanation of our delivery charges, please look at our Delivery Information section.
How quickly will you deliver my new kitchen?
Strata Kitchens typically delivers your kitchen within 10 days of placing your order.
How thick are the cabinetry panels?
All of the cabinetry sides, bases, backs, rails and shelves are 16mm thick HMR (High Moisture Resistant) White Particle board.
What are your kitchen doors made from?
All of our doors and panels are Vinyl Wrap with an MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) substrate. We use only the best vinyl’s and European bonding glues.
How thick are the bench tops you sell?
Our range of laminate bench tops are all 32mm thick, with a D-form profile.
Can you cut the bench tops to a customised size?
Yes. when ordering your kitchen you can add "Benchtop Cut/Join Fee" to your order. This covers cut-downs, Masons Mitre joins for corners and re-edging cut edges. If you have multiple joins or cuts required, remember to add multiple quantity of the "Benchtop Cut/Join Fee" to your order.
Do you offer stone bench tops?
No, at this stage we only offer laminate bench tops. You can order your cabinetry and doors through Strata Kitchens and then contact a local stone mason or fabricator to provide you with stone bench tops.
Do you sell appliances? If so who’s?
Strata Kitchens offers a fantastic range of appliances branded Milano. Milano offers the very best of Italian quality through a range of wall ovens, freestanding ovens and cooktops. The Milano range is backed up with a 2 year warranty.
What happens if one of my appliances fails?
We only sell quality appliances that we have confidence in and that come with at least a 12 month manufacturers warranty. If for any reason you do experience a problem, contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively, you can contact us for guidance and help with resolving the problem.
If I require a number of kitchens, can you still deliver on time?
Yes, no problem. Strata Kitchens supplies trade and developers in volume and can confidently handle large orders.
I’m happy with my current kitchen, can you just supply me with some accessories or appliances?
Most definitely. We have a comprehensive range of European kitchen accessories and hardware as well as appliances, available to order. Delivery fees may apply.
